command line parameters

Post by sigpaos » Thu Nov 04, 2004 3:23 am

I'm trying to create shortcuts to load each of my profiles but I can not seem to do this.

On the Target line of the shortcut for my first profile, I have typed the following:

"C:\Program Files\WinEQ\WinEQ.exe" "Primary 1"

When I try to use the shortcut, EQ does not start.

Any help with this is appreciated

I just noticed I can't edit.

Anyhow, I went and made a shortcut with the following on the Target line:

"C:\Program Files\WinEQ\WinEQ.exe" "WinEQ Default Profile"

and EQ started up under that default profile.

Do I have the wording wrong to load other profiles?

Ok, nevermind this post, I just figured it out myself.

Instead of using "Primary 1" or what not, put the actual name of the profile as you have it in parenthesis.

Cheers
