This is a disconnect of the tcp socket to lavishsoft. This will usually be dropped/broken due to disruptions on the route to the server. It can be caused by any number of things, from firewalls, routers (home and ISP), wireless internet.
The things that you can try are:
If you are using cellular, it will just be what it is.
If you are using wireless, try wired instead.
Reset your home router.
If you are using a hardware firewall unit or a layer2 switch, make sure it is set to leave open connections alone and not close them after set periods.
using some TCP monitoring to see why the socket is closing on your end (like if it is a timeout vs a local close/force close).
Run several traces when it fails, see if the same route is being used every time or if it frequently changes at a particular hop (if it does change - or you can see consistent drops in some tests, you will need to contact your ISP)
