Syntax message garbage display

When I type in console:

Code: Select all

maxfps
I get back the appropriate Syntax: maxfps <-bg|-fg>...etc..

When I type at the console

Code: Select all

maxfps <anything_here>
I get back Syntax: <gobbly_goop> <-bg|-fg> etc ...
