Unable to execute WoW

Hey Lax,

I have been trying to play WoW executed under IS and I cannot seem to get it to login. I uninstalled the cosmos package, I reinstalled IS clean several times even after a reboot. The game starts, goes through the connecting, authenticating, handshaking and then when trying to connect to the server I get hung. I can click cancel and get a server list, if I click a server I get a crash. I am a sad panda and want to play with IS and WoW, any thoughts?

You shouldnt have any problems, it may just be a server issue if you cannot connect, since WoW was able to load and the rest has nothing to do with IS... Also, you can use cosmos with IS (several people do that I am aware of)

I have to disagree Lax. When I log in to WoW sans IS I get in fine. I'll reprodouce the error and send you some debug infoz.

You're certainly welcome to, but IS doesn't toy with networking and all of the display stuff is already initialized at that point. The only other thing I can say is update your drivers?
