Client Patch 5/13/14

Post by Darkarma » Tue May 13, 2014 9:31 pm

There was a client patch today. When using wineq2 on Windows 8.1 it never starts the eqclient.

Are you still having issues?

Working fine here: http://i.imgur.com/QuObvqg.jpg

If it's still not working for you, maybe try resetting your eqclient.ini file?

I am having issues with getting past the server select screen. I am using WinEQ2Lite & the game gets stuck at "Not Responding" whenever I click "Play" on the server select screen. Using Quick Connect on the login screen yields the same results...

Module 58: C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\Version9\tv_w32.dll
Can you try shutting off TeamViewer and see if you get different results?

And did you try resetting eqclient.ini? You can rename it to something else if you want a backup of the current settings, or just delete the file

Get me sysinfo.txt from the WinEQ 2 folder -- you can just paste the contents in here like the last guy ;)

Yep still not working. EQWin2 loads but EQ never brings up any screens.

I checked my systems logs and found an entry
