Similar to the post in the WinEQ 2.0 Pro forums: With the new Sony Launchpad, WinEQ2 (Lite or Pro) does not work correctly - instance switching (ie. using Ctrl + Alt + # key combination) does not work.

WinEQ 2 is not compatible with the new Launcher, and support for the Launcher is not currently planned.
If you launch the EQ launcher through WinEQ 2, then the game will basically not be launched through WinEQ 2. The only thing that will work is EQPlayNice, everything else will be exactly as if you were not using WinEQ 2. (including WinEQ 2's hotkeys not existing)
To use WinEQ 2, go into the WinEQ 2 Preferences, and in your Profile, find the Patch option. Set it to OFF.
I'll probably do a maintenance update to WinEQ 2 to remove or permanently disable the Patch option...
