EQ's New Patcher broke Global Activation Keys

I am running WinEQ2 2.14 Lite and the new Patcher 4.0 for Everquest broke the global Activation Key feature.

Figured what happened

Somehow the patcher got turned don in the settings. When you run wineq2 you don't want to run the patcher. if you need to patch use the regular Everquest and then exit and load wineq2 agian.
