Missing Option to Start EQ1

When I used the program yesterday, it had an option to start EQ1 from the context menu on the tray icon. However, today that option is missing. But the EQ1 configuration is still available in the options area. Any ideas?

In the preferences window under EverQuest, General find the "Hide Context Menu" option and set it to OFF
