client crash with wineq 2.0 lite after dec. 18th patch

Post by neupongen01 » Fri Dec 18, 2009 7:54 pm

I keep getting CTD after using wineq 2.0 lite after todays Everquest patch, from character select. Everything loads up fine to character select, than crashes. This is occuring on all 3 of my comps. I tested running without WinEQ 2.0, and I load into Everquest just fine without it. So, most likely its either a graphics issue or WinEQ 2.0 issue.

Here is my sysinfo.txt for one of my comps:

Yes I'm having the same issue.
Oddly I was able to get a character to stay on for a bit in the bazaar, at least for a few minutes till I camped out to try my main again in a different zone.
What I noticed when I hit /camp was my character didnt appear to sit, so I cancelled the campout and switched to a 3rd person view. Sure enough the graphics not only show the character as being unable to sit or duck it also doesnt "walk" but instead just kinda slides across the ground.
So sounds like a graphics thing, but i really dunno other than that.
