Problem for first time user

Hi, Just DLed wineq2 after downloaded i try to start program i sign in and start patch then i get this message

Could not successfully retrieve new file LavishPatcher.exe(-20) aborting patch, you may continue to use the software.

I try next step thru options prefernces and i hve no games under preferences. just have winqeq2.0 and general

im on vista 64 home premium
any help woudl be great

When launching WinEQ 2, you will need to right click and select "Run as Administrator" for it to be able to patch
