Hoykey question please

am i able to set my mouse 3 (pressing down mouse wheel) as my next session toggle hotkey? and if so does anyone know what the command is?

I have tried Mouse 3 and Mouse3 (both come up as invalid)

All valid hotkey names appear in the "Key Name List" option at the top of any WinEQ 2 hotkey preferences page.
