I couldn't find anywhere else to post this, or... any other way to contact anyone at this site apart from the email address

I had to 'hack' this account

to actually get in here, but really I'm trying to get InnerSpace working.

Anyone got any info on how I can get logged into InnerSpace? Using this account, I'm getting 'only available to lavish subscribers' dialogue after getting the 'logged in' dialogue.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to subscribe to the services, not only subscribe to the forums. Look here: http://www.lavishsoft.com/account/subscribe.php

You apparently missed the text on the download page that says Inner Space requires a Pro subscription, and the download link on this site would tell you to upgrade and gives you a pretty link to the page to purchase a Pro subscription.

I'd probably go back to whoever gave you Inner Space and talk to them about why they didn't mention you needed to purchase a subscription.
