Hotkey w/o changing client?

First time using multiple accounts. I am running two World of Warcraft clients. The first client has a priest, the second a mage. What I would like to do would be to cast mage spells without switching away from the first client.
For example I have the mage autofollowing the cleric. It would be cool to have numpads 9,0 to frost nova, and arcane explosion. Just wondering. Change two keystrokes down to one.

WinEQ 2 doesn't have anything like that implemented, but you may be able to find other free applications (there's "macro" utilities for Windows) to help you. Inner Space, one of our subscriber-only products, does provide what is necessary to do what you want as well.
