need a manual

is there some where i can get a manual on how to work the wineq i just got it and im all brand new to this software looking for a manual on how to set up my hot keys and how to get started thanks bow

It popped up when you installed WinEQ, and you can also get to it by clicking "Manual" from the WinEQ 2 system tray icon. Additionally, there is information on the wiki: http://www.lavishsoft.com/wiki/index.php/WinEQ_2
