WinEQ 2 crashing when I start EQ1

You appear to have custom MQ2 stuff loaded. Try running without MQ2, and see if it still crashes. If it does, post here again. If not, then you need to find out what MQ2 plugin you're using that is causing the problem. Generally if one is, it's probably trying to initialize early, or is not updated for the current patch
