Everquest not Patching

Hello,

my problem is, when i start EQ1 i get right to the EULA Screen. No Patcher at all. And yes, I have the patcher activated in the profile.

While i can easily start the patcher, quit and run WinEQ2 i dont think this works as intended :lol:

Where is my mistake ?

Because of an issue with having it patch, which was introduced in a recent EQ patch, patching is currently disabled.

I thought this was supposed to have been fixed?

As of today it still is not patching EQ1.

I have a lot of work to do, and as patching EQ has almost nothing to do with the performance of any of our software, it's not high on my priority list.

Ok so I should have ignored:

2.07 update 2/15/2005:
- EverQuest patching updated for "EQ.exe" rather than "EverQuest.exe"


It's not like I am playing EQ1 much anymore. It hasn't been worth the money to sit LFG for hours.

That update failed to fix the issue, unfortunately. I have to do some work to get around the problems they presented in the patcher itself

I have my WinEQ set not to patch. I just run the regular EQ to get the D/l then exit outa that then run WinEQ.
