Other than running out of memory, looks pretty normal. I would definitely shut off a lot of EQ options and get each session down from 448MB to something more manageable, particularly because you barely have enough RAM to run one session let alone two.

To add to that, the Radeon 7000 has "up to 64MB" of video RAM. Once that 64MB runs out -- and it will before you get 2 sessions running - and being out of physical system RAM, you actually risk a blue screen from BIOS, and you would definitely have trouble running a second DirectX instance (e.g. another EQ). Because of the blue screen risk, I'd say you're probably lucky if you're only crashing to desktop. Aside from lowering your system RAM requirements, you need to lower your video RAM requirements. The tables in our FAQ show which options we found to use how much of system and video RAM http://www.lavishsoft.com/?p=faq

EQ uses 29MB of video RAM just to get running. You have Mip Mapping turned on, so add 5 to get 34MB (you can turn off Mip Mapping and probably never notice the difference in EQ1). 1280x1024x32 resolution so add 7MB to get 41MB. So by our calculations, you're using about 450MB of system RAM (described fully in your SysInfo.txt) and 41MB of video RAM per session. The video RAM requirements past the initial 29MB can be picked up by system RAM, but ONLY if you have physical system RAM remaining and ONLY as much as your BIOS is set to let it borrow (AGP Aperture Size - instructions with pictures are also in the FAQ).

So here's your choices:
1) No hardware upgrades, but cut way down on system RAM and video RAM requirements, and you will have the possibility of running 2
2) Upgrade system RAM to at least 1024MB total, and possibly disable mip mapping and switch both EQ and windows to 16-bit color (again, probably not notice the difference between 16-bit and 32-bit, but if you play EQ2 that requires 32-bit)
3) Upgrade system RAM to at least 1024MB total (1.5GB would be better) and a video card with at least 128MB onboard, and change AGP Aperture Size to 128MB or 256MB
