Minimizing when loading..

Post by Lanamien » Sun Jan 09, 2005 6:22 am

Was something changed in this last patch that could or did make it so you can't minimize the window when loading or zoning? I used to be able to goto the task bar, right click on the instance and hit 'n' to minimize it while it was booting/loading up and ever since this last patch I can't. This is happening with EQ.

I haven't changed anything or done anything different since then except see WinEQ patch itself and since then this hasn't been allowed to occur. Info is as follows:

I'm probably going to make it optional since not all users are affected by the crash issues... but it's like this to fix the crashes.

My mouse doesn't auto release. So in other words it's made so you can't minimize additional copies while they're loading now?

The mouse does auto-release, you just might not see it until you click on another window.

You can't manipulate the window at all while it is loading or zoning, that is correct.
