Cannot Open Second Instance of EQ

After load the first instance of EQ up via WinEQ v2.07 I then go to load up the second one and I get the following message...

Another Direct3D Device could not be created because there is not enough video memory

I find this confusing because my computer is fairly high spec (I certainly meet the recommended spec for WinEQ)

I use a P4 with an ATI 9100 IGP onboard graphics card and 1gig RAM!!

The problem is video memory, not system memory. However, on-board video cards do steal a portion of the system memory to act as video memory (and this is separate from AGP Aperture). What you need to do is increase the amount of memory assigned to the video card in your system's BIOS.
