Unable to get WinEQ2 running again ((

Post by Sport » Thu Sep 13, 2007 10:52 pm

Greetings, I don't know what I did but it stopped working. I ran it this morning and logged off, all was well. About 12 hours later I logged back on and I can't get it to run. It starts up EQ as normal but nothing is working inside the game once it is running. I get no mem statements, can't access the context menu, nothing. The various screen sizes are missing as well. I have rebooted, uninstalled/reinstalled, deleted the directory, tried changing defaults from within the preferences..nothing.
Must be something I did but I don't know.

Here is a copy of my system.txt file:

It's possible that the Patch option is causing WinEQ 2 not to work properly on your system. Try disabling patch in your profile. If that doesn't work, try closing down other running software -- for example, this VCOM SystemSuite thing is showing some DLLs loaded in EQ according your sysinfo.txt. If that doesn't work, try scanning for viruses and spyware. It's probably one of those 3 things.
