client crashing in eq1.

Post by nennin » Sun Nov 14, 2004 6:48 pm

i've tried to reproduce this multiple times, and the same thing seems to happen every time. 1 session of eq open runs great, no problems at all. when i open the second session, it runs great until i switch back and forth between the two with control-alt-x/z. one of the sessions locks up and soon gives me the client crash message. i can alt-tab to the other window when that happens and keep one open, but i can't control-alt-x/z then. i'm running xp pro sp2, an athlon xp 1800+, 1gig dual channel ddr and an ati radeon 9800 pro. here's sysinfo.txt:
