Add option to patch in tray

It's annoying to have to keep going into preferences to switch Patch on and off.

I just set one to allow patching. No need to do it for all of them.

Start the main (master) with Patch, all others No Patch.

Providing all use the same path to the game files that is.

In WinEQ 1.38 I had it a global preference, but that means it took more steps to patch than really necessary, if you prefer not to patch. Now, all you need to do is have one of the 30 profiles set to patch, and you can use non-patching profiles when you dont want to patch...
