Windows Positioning

I was messing around with the X and Y window positions trying to get the title bar to display a bit better. Basically I'm setting the Y value at around 18 to 20. When I adjust that position is it basically moving the picture down vertically so that some of it would be outside of my display range or does wineq adjust the resolution to still fit all of the picture onto the screen ? Hope that makes sense.

The only thing X/Y positions do is move the window. Scale factor is the only thing that affects the actual size of the window (besides tiling and full screen emulation, that is)
