Ok, I've ready the manual a thousand times, and tried everything I can think of, but still having problems.
My normal game display resolution is 800x600 when i play EQ without using WinEQ. ... and I have all my window positions / sizes / UI's set up exactly as i want under that resolution setting.
The problem I am having.. is that no matter what I do... WinEQ keeps loading EQ and displaying in 600x480 resolution..... even if i try going into options and setting the resolution back.. it just never changes it...
HELP.. i'm getting REALY frustrated... using "normal" window preference, with a scale of 1.00 ( Using WinEQ PRO ) ....
Any help ???

It is indeed in 800x600. Are you assuming it's not 800x600 because you normally play full screen and now it's in a window?
Also, my response in the other thread you posted with the same problem mentions you HAVE to use the in-game options, not the external options editor. Inside the game hit ALT+O, click the display tab, and click video modes. Select a resolution there.

Feedback.
Lax,
Thanks for the feedback..
Here is my quandery...
When I play EQ, without using WinEQ ... and i go into my OPTIONS ( before entering the game ), It displays the correct detected video card, then shows me what models i have active, and then on the last screen shows my resolution set to 800x600 .. whis is correct... and exactly the way i like it...
However, .. when i load EQ using WinEQ... and do the exact same thing ( go to options.. and go to last page that displays screen resolution )... it is set for 600x480. This is the part I cant figure out... why the resolution sais one thing runnign eq normally.. and another when i vier options after loading with WinEQ.
Also.. there is a defiante resolution issue IN game when using WinEQ.. gecause all of my window elemens ( group window / spell book / inventory window.. etc etc etc ).. are all much larger .. and take up much more room in the window... the resolution is definately displaying as the 600x480 that the options screen shows when loading it under WinEQ.
Keep in mind.. I have all my window positions locked.... so instead of them lining up nicely under my normal 800x600 resolution.. they are overlapping and blocking eachother in this 600x480 resolution.
I cant figure out why WinEQ is forcing me to load in 600x480 instead of what i always use. Whats worse... if i try to CHANGE the resolution size in the OPTIONS menu... the change NEVER takes effect.. ( i select the original 800x640 .. and select Ok or FINISH.. .. and then go back into options... and the selection is BACK to the wrong 600x480 setting....
Am i doing anything wrong ???
Should i try changing the IN-GAME resolution from the IN GAME display options menu once i already have my character loggin in and active in game ???
I'll try this tonite.. and see if it changes....
But looking for any feedback at this point.
Thank you.

Yes, as this quote explains in the post you replied to, you must use the in-game resolution list.
Also, my response in the other thread you posted with the same problem mentions you HAVE to use the in-game options, not the external options editor. Inside the game hit ALT+O, click the display tab, and click video modes. Select a resolution there.
