An internet router went down on one of the routes to our server, causing the web site to be inaccessible for a few hours to some users during that time. The router is back online and no longer causing access problems.
While the router was down, we put our backup server online so affected customers could still use our software. Our backup server's account information is approximately two weeks behind, so if you recently registered and/or subscribed, and could not connect to the web site, you may have noticed that it thought you were not registered or not subscribed.
