Our backup server is active and ready for our website downtime. Please be aware that the account information on the backup server is not currently the latest, so if you just created your account or just subscribed, and the software is not able to connect to lavishsoft.com, you may appear to not exist or to be a non-subscriber. We will be updating the backup server's information before the downtime to minimize the number of people affected by such a lapse.
Also, please note that you must have the latest version of Lavish.dll to be covered for the downtime. Simply restart the software to receive the patch if you usually leave the tray program open. This latest version also solves the issue of the software "locking up" on startup if the server cannot be contacted.
