I believe (as Lax stated in the other thread) that you have to subscribe to get the custom resolutions feature that you are are trying to use.

Also, check your AGP Aperature setting in the BIOS if you feel comfortable looking in there. I just had a machine with very similar behavior with the AGP Aperature at 256. I bumped it back down to 64 or 128 and the machine works flawlessly now.

The new expansion Dragons of Norrath is being released today, so yes there is a fairly large patch going on.

It is a fairly safe bet that when you see a new eqgame.exe being downloaded , EQPN is going to break.

I believe this is already completed. Make sure to restart WinEQ2 so it can repatch.
