Seems that since eq2 patch this morning instance hotkeys dont work and dont show up at all in window description area.

I have been 3boxing in eq2 since it started. I have an intel mb with 3g processor, 2g ddr400, using ATI 9800pro 128. Since eq2 defaults to using all your resources when you install it you will have to tune down the performance some. Bottom line it works great.

I would like to run eq2 in an 800x600 window. In-game I can not set it any lower than 1028x768. If I set the window preset in Wineq to 800x600 it cuts off some eq2's screen and I can't see some of the selection icons. Is there a way to do this?

I understand that global hotkeys should work anytime you are saying. My question about that is I assume if I edit under Hotkeys selection, global , this will be the new global hotkey. For example I change cntrl+alt+1 to F1, then that will be the new global hotkey for first instance?

Ok , I am braindead, I put hotkey changes under DAOC hotkeys instead of eq. However , I still have hotkeys locked out when an instance is loading or closing.

ok hotkeys set now by exiting and restarting instances. Question, i thought hotkeys would still work when an instance is loging in or zoning? I am locked out until process is done.

It says hotkeys are still ctrl+alt+1 , etc, how do i change them then?

OK, i set up hot keys under pref to be F!,F2,F3 for three instances, instead of ctrl+alt+1, etc. but they dont do anything when i hit them

Switched to eqwin2 but having probs with setting up hotkeys, neither default or custom hotkeys work?

Installing nvidia beta driver 66.70 fixed my boxing probs. Got them from 3dchipset site.
