I forgot to mention I use the "Next Window" switching method that EQNET was talking about, assigned to "Num +".

When I switch to the second Everquest game window (I run 2), I see a black screen in the second window for a brief moment. I have this problem as well. I also notice there is about a 1 second lag time before keystrokes are registered; problematic when you need to assist or react quickly.
