Ok doing better, I'm able to connect to the website now and testing EQ as I type. As for the trace I'm still bugging out at one location, just after: gar1-p370.n54ny.ip.att.net But with just that one drop its ok now. I can acess the website from this location now. EQ is running fine again and everyt...

Access problems with Website and Software

I've sent you an email on this but am posting here too. I'm having a problem with all your software and your website on my gaming router. I'm currently posting with dial-up. First off I can't access the website (www.lavishsoft.com). For testing purposes I pinged it finding out I'm having 50% loss wi...

Very nice job Lax

I've got to say, this last WinEQ 1.31 is excelent. I was having graphical glitches/overheating problems (Artifacts) While dual boxing in eq or trying to let my trader sit overnight. 1.31 Has reduced my overall computer load letting me leave it on and dual box without rebooting for uhhh.... 5 days so...

I personally solved all those problems. Actually I'm running a new ATI 9800. In hot weather the default cooler just doesn't cut it. Installed a PCI cooler to get the hot air out. Problem gone. As for the bluriness I'm back to EQwindows till that goes away. Something is indeed wrong. And I'm tempted ...

Actually your machine won't crash. It will shut down any of the programs that are utilizing too much ram. I ran out a long time ago when I was running Jedi Outcast trying different texture settings... apparently it stored the low.. medium... high... and very high textures for each. System flys a mes...

700 is cool, mine is set at 1536. I've never used over 600 megs of the file though. I also try to set it at ram intervals, but since the size is non hardware constrained that doesn't realy matter.

Some tips: If you have 1 gigabite of ram + Two acounts should run fine without many issues. The kicker is for the majority of us who are probably only running 512 ram or so. In terms of EQ you should do everything Lax said. Cut down Lucline models and turn all graphics options as low as they'll go. ...

Actually I've had the mouse release on me too. It commonly is occuring when I have one sesion of EQ crash ( From insufficient memory issues ). The strange thing is the mouse releasing and window switching will Re-sync only if I release the mouse in which ever window was acting up then right click to...

Actually no they're all right. Normal mode is forcing a certain amount of distortion upon the screen. The distortion isn't even uniform across the entirety of the screen either. I was doing some testing with it. I ran both regular EQ, windowed EQ and WinEQ in the normal windowed settings. The differ...
