Trying to re-create it but it's actually going good so far hehe! I did do some of the recommendations (driver cleanup, reinstall drivers, etc) so maybe that had something to do with it.

I get a black screen when I two-box. Seems to be random, but I'd guess mostly when I'm lagged while turning around or camping one toon out. The game seems to be still running (sounds are still going), but I can't switch screens or ctrl alt del to bring up the task list. Keyboard doesn't seem to work...

Same thing happened to me. I usually play in 1152x864. It shrunk down at the login screen to 800x600. Had to resize in game. After I camped and went to server screen, it went to 800x600 again.
