A ram disk would use more memory for sure. I doubt if it would improve performance much ...but it is worth a shot. I have an SSD and it is pretty fast. The thing that is probably most of the bottle neck is my 30 mbps internet. Be that as it may the more efficiency and speed I can wring out of my end...

I have 128 GB of memory and each instance of Everquest only uses 2GB or less of memory. Is there some way of making the instances use more memory to speed things up with innerspace?

Well yes it does work fine. The problem seems to have been a compatibility setting...had eqgame.exe set at compatibility with Windows XP update 3. Cleared that flag and it started working again. Don't know why it worked before and stopped working perhaps something to do with a windows update or the ...

Well I have had sporadic problems of this type before but now I can't log in any characters. No idea what's different. Copied a backup of my eq folder to no avail. Whenever I launch 3 of my 18 characters the launcher goes to the wrong account. The accounts are correct in the files eqlsPlayerData-character.ini files a hint of the problem source is when I export my toolkit to innerspace I often get the message that a character has the wrong account name in eqlsP...

Wineq profiles and inner space
I'd like to be able to use MQ2autologin and I've been told this works best with WinEQ profiles. Can WinEQ profiles be used to launch an Isboxer/inner space character set? If so, how.
